Halloween is over, and we've officially entered cozy season, which means it's cinnamon's time to spice things up. Every warm drink gets a sprinkle on top, and burning a cinnamon candle becomes a socially acceptable way to pretend your apartment feels like a cabin in the woods. Wild that this stuff used to be worth more than gold in ancient Rome, and now we're just dumping it in our coffee to survive the 4:30 p.m. darkness.
