These tiny ocean aliens somehow contain enough protein to rebuild an entire gym bro from scratch. Growing up, I remember my mom keeping a party platter worth of shrimp cocktail in the fridge to snack on (nothing says "I love you" like cold shellfish at arm's reach). I demand more flavor, so I love a shrimp jambalaya, but I'll settle for frying it with coconut and panko when I'm too lazy to chop seventeen vegetables.
