Happy National Mousse Day!

Back in the culinary fever dream of the '80s, someone realized if you could blend it and fold it with whipped cream, you could mousse it - and oh boy, did they mousse EVERYTHING. Chocolate was just the gateway mousse that led to salmon, liver, and yes, even vegetable variations making their way onto "sophisticated" dinner tables. Thankfully, natural selection did its thing and only chocolate mousse survived into the 21st century!
