No amount schnitzel in Germany or baconator burgers in the U.S. can take away China's pork crown. China is home to over 400 million pigs, which is more than five times what America farms. More than that, it's roughly 50% of all pigs in the entire world. This massive pig population exists because pork is easily the most popular meat in China, making up about 60% of all meat consumed in the country (Americans prefer chicken).
