What was the Skywalker family name originally going to be in Star Wars?

The answer is: Starkiller. Not only was the Skywalker family actually the Starkiller family starting with the second draft of the original script, but the name change didn’t come until the film was already in production. I have to say, Starkiller is pretty cool, but I guess a bit darker than what Luke and his family are supposed to stand for.Source
