25 years ago TODAY, late-night chaos got a soft launch when "Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law" and "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" aired their pilots in 2000!

Before officially launching its Adult Swim block in September 2001, Cartoon Network wanted to generate hype (and test the waters) with some new shows. "Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law" had courtroom seriousness applied to Hanna-Barbera-style cartoon nonsense, and I still don't really know what "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" was about. 

While "Green Acres" featured plenty of oddball characters, none captured America's heart quite like the pig next door. This sophisticated swine spoke to residents of Hooterville, played the piano, and became the show's breakout star. While Oliver and Lisa Douglas fumbled through farm life, their porcine neighbor was busy stealing every scene. What was the name of this ham who brought home the bacon?
