Happy National Milk Chocolate Day!

Finding out milk chocolate wasn't chocolate's default taste was sort of like finding out the tooth fairy wasn't real. And the first (and only) time I bit into baker's chocolate I thought I was eating poison. I know the Swiss are famous for their watches and army knives, but adding milk powder to chocolate was their greatest gift to civilization.
