Happy National Barbecue Day!

The country cannot agree on what barbecue actually is. Texas wants brisket, Memphis wants ribs, the Carolinas want pulled pork (vinegar up north, mustard down south), and Kansas City says quit arguing and pour sauce on whatever burnt thing came off the smoker. Guess I'll just need a platter from all of them to compare.

The special drew 47 million viewers and won the Emmy for Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Program.
