The shiny box with funny pictures has been entertaining us for decades. We've seen Lucy and Ethel stuffing chocolates in their mouths, heard the "dun dun" time after time on "Law & Order," and watched King's Landing burn to the ground. The evolution from three channels to 631,543 channels and 4,259 streaming services (that sounds right) has been hard to keep up with, but we can always revisit the classics. When did NBC launch "Must See TV"?

It was originally meant to sit next to the Game Boy Advance, but backwards compatibility, a touchscreen on the bottom, a second screen on top, a built-in mic, and easy local wireless play meant it was viewed more like a successor. Games like “Super Mario 64 DS,” “Nintendogs,” “Brain Age,” and “Mario Kart DS” helped make it the best-selling handheld of all time.
