Eating way past full and then going back for pie an hour later is my favorite tradition of the year, and I refuse to apologize for it. I'm already in my stretchy pants and anyone still wearing jeans must have superhuman willpower.

Every year, millions of Americans pretend that we gather around the dinner table for plates of turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce, but we all know pie is the real Thanksgiving star. Which pie takes the Thanksgiving crown?

40 years ago TODAY, the Cold War moved into the boxing ring when “Rocky IV” was released in theaters in 1985!

Apollo Creed’s flashy exhibition with Soviet powerhouse Ivan Drago ends in tragedy, sending Rocky to the snow to chop wood, lift rocks, and outrun cars. Critics rolled their eyes, but audiences showed up anyway, and “Rocky IV” punched its way to become the highest-grossing "Rocky" film.

It's hard to think of a better way to show how grateful you are than to watch a bunch of giant balloons on TV as your Uncle Jerry sips on a Bloody Mary and steps outside every 30 seconds to smoke a cigarette.
