The foam on top of a cappuccino is supposed to be thick enough to hold a spoonful of sugar for a few seconds before it sinks, which Italian baristas use as a test of proper technique. Most coffee shops now draw little hearts and leaves in that foam, turning your morning caffeine into an art gallery you're about to destroy with your face. Do you know which country drinks the most coffee per capita?

Morning Trivia

The Eagles grew out of a backing band gig for which singer?

The Eagles became one of the biggest rock acts of the 1970s with their perfect harmonies and smooth California sound, churning out classics like "Hotel California" and "Take It Easy." Fate brought Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie Leadon, and Randy Meisner together when they were just hired guns trying to make rent in the Los Angeles music scene. The future rock legends first connected as the touring band behind one singer who served as their musical matchmaker. Which artist brought The Eagles together as their backing band?

Nerding Out IRL: The Eagles at the Sphere

LAST NIGHT, Classic Nerd got to nerd out when The Eagles performed at The Sphere in Las Vegas! They opened with “Hotel California” and never let up, pairing flawless harmonies with jaw-dropping visuals that turned songs like "In the City" into living paintings. By the time “Heartache Tonight” closed things out, the whole crowd was on its feet, phones down (except me, your trusty cameraman), lost in the blend of timeless classic rock and ultra-HD, trippy spectacle. In the first live-action TMNT movie, what pizza topping does Michelangelo hate?

I remember squeezing my way into a single middle seat — you see, in those days you couldn't reserve movie theater seats ahead of time and your parents would let you go up to the closer seats on your own — just as the opening bass line dropped for 1990's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
