Colonel Mustard, played by Martin Mull, is the first to be greeted by Wadsworth, the butler (depending on your ending). Despite his high-profile career in Washington D.C, the colonel isn't exactly the smartest man in the room, and never seems to know when to take yes or no for an answer. But behind his naivety hides a war profiteer working on the next fusion bomb (can you keep that a secret?).
