What is the name of the diner Roseanne and Jackie co-own?

Jackie Harris had worked more jobs in the early seasons of "Roseanne" than some people do in their entire lives. By Season 5, she was a truck driver and her adventures on the road gave her the idea to open a diner in Lanford. She convinced her sister Roseanne to join her, and with some funding from friends and family they were able to get started. What did they call their new restaurant?

Correct Answer: The Lanford Lunch Box
(Source)The sisters opened "The Lanford Lunch Box," but everyone just called it "The Lunch Box." The restaurant's name came from Roseanne's youngest son (at the time and depending on continuity) D.J. Conner, and the space was an old pizza joint. The Lunch Box primarily sold loose meat sandwiches, which Jackie discovered while on the road. The place became the show's go-to location for workplace comedy, giving us endless scenes of the sisters bickering behind the counter while serving what were essentially sadder versions of both hamburgers and sloppy joes. Despite the questionable menu concept, The Lunch Box became successful to support the families, though that success sometimes fluctuated wildly depending on whatever scheme the Conner family was cooking up.
