What was the name of Madonna's first tour?

Madonna was only a few years into her career and already had a string of top 20 songs, and a chart-topping album. Correct Answer: The Virgin Tour
(Source)Leave it to Madonna to pick a tour name that's doing triple overtime. Not only was The Virgin Tour literally her first tour, but it was also promoting her first number one album and first number one single, "Like a Virgin." After being announced in March 1985, it kicked off a month later and she spent two months touring North America, performing 40 shows in total. When planning the tour, Madonna wanted to make sure she brought that grungy, underground dance party energy she grew up with to every city. Even Macy's (yes, the department store) got in on the action and launched a "Madonna department" where people could buy official merch and the perfect outfit for their night out. The tour grossed about $5 million, which is only a drop in the bucket of her $1.31 billion touring career total, but it gave rise to the "Madonna wannabe," completely rejuvenated the lingerie market, and cemented her place as the "Queen of Pop."
