Which "Star Wars" character was introduced in "The Star Wars Holiday Special"?

I'm not sure I understand how the holiday special was ever even given the go-ahead, and considering the performances looked like the cast was being held at gunpoint, I don't think the cast really knew either. It was one of television's most infamous misfires, and CBS aired it once and never looked back. Fans have passed around bootleg copies like some kind of cursed artifact, because even Disney, which is constantly looking for more "Star Wars" material to throw on Disney+, refuses to acknowledge it. But deep within this wreckage, Boba Fett made his first appearance in a 10-minute animated segment. The animators gave him a mostly grey and white color scheme that looked completely different from his eventual movie appearance, but he was still just as menacing. When "The Empire Strikes Back" came out two years later, animator John Celestri was shocked to realize that Fett had more screen time in their cartoon than in the actual blockbuster movie. The TV special might have been an embarrassment, but I'm not sure we would've gotten "The Mandalorian" and definitely not "The Book of Boba Fett" without it, so I guess it balances out. Kinda.
