What did Kurt Cobain think Weird Al's Nirvana parody would be about?

Weird Al is a genius.
That's one of those sentences that almost seems a waste to write, since it's so damn obvious. But sometimes we need to be reminded.
Kurt Cobain, the Anointed One of grunge, was clearly no stranger to Al's music. Since Weird Al is a gentleman, he always seeks out approval for his parodies, even though he has no legal reason to do so. It's just the kind of dude he is.
And when he called Kurt, the Nirvana frontman gladly answered, and asked if the song would be about... what?

Correct Answer: Food
The answer is: Food. Weird Al was having a hard time getting a hold of Kurt’s management to clear the parody, so he called Kurt directly when Nirvana was playing SNL. When Al told Kurt he wanted to parody “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” Kurt immediately asked if it would be about food, a popular topic in many of Al’s parodies.Al explained it would be about how nobody can understand their lyrics and Kurt signed off on the concept.Kurt Cobain even wrote that "Weird Al Yankovic is America’s modern pop-rock genius." Can't say we disagree.Source
