Stevie Wonder’s "My Cherie Amour" was originally the B-side of which single?

The whole point of the B-side was that nobody was supposed to care about it. Labels put the hit on Side A and radio DJs were expected to play along, but sometimes they flipped the record and went rogue. Stevie Wonder's "My Cherie Amour" was originally the B-side of which single?

Correct Answer: I Don't Know Why (I Love You)
(Source)The correct answer is "I Don't Know Why (I Love You)" and I don't know why Motown thought Wonder's fans would love a blues song about toxic love more than "la la la la la la." I couldn't even type that without singing along. "I Don't Know Why (I Love You)" limped to #39 while DJs knew what was up and kept flipping the record to play "My Cherie Amour" instead. Motown eventually gave up and reversed the sides, and the B-side climbed to #4 to become one of Wonder's most popular songs.
