Actor George Takei (1937) broke out as Hikaru Sulu on the original "Star Trek" in 1966 and reprised the role across six feature films. He starred in "Allegiance" on Broadway and published the graphic novel memoir "It Rhymes with Takei" in 2025.

Actress Jessica Lange (1949) made her film debut in the 1976 remake of "King Kong" and won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress as a soap star in "Tootsie." She won a second Oscar for Best Actress in "Blue Sky," took home a Tony for "Long Day's Journey Into Night" on Broadway, and claimed three Primetime Emmys for "Grey Gardens" and "American Horror Story."

Actor Andy Serkis (1964) pioneered motion-capture performance as Gollum in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy and led the rebooted "Planet of the Apes" films as Caesar. He played Alfred in "The Batman," voiced Renoir in the 2025 video game "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33," and is directing and reprising Gollum in "The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum."

Actress Carmen Electra (1972) was discovered by Prince, who produced her 1993 self-titled debut album, before breaking through on "Baywatch" and hosting "Singled Out" on MTV. She spoofed "Scream" in "Scary Movie" and continued the parody run with "Date Movie," "Epic Movie," and "Meet the Spartans."

Rapper Killer Mike (1975) debuted on Outkast's "Stankonia" and won his first Grammy for his guest verse on "The Whole World" in 2003. He formed Run the Jewels in 2013 and swept Best Rap Album, Best Rap Song, and Best Rap Performance at the 2024 Grammys for his solo album "Michael."
