The answer is: Roy Orbison. The Traveling Wilburys was originally a five-person supergroup featuring Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison, and Tom Petty. The band formed in April 1988 and released the single “End of the Line” in October of that year. In December 1988 Orbison died of a heart attack before the music video was complete. Source
