Correct Answer: 5
(Source)Dylan had already written "Blowin' in the Wind," "The Times They Are A-Changin'," and "Like a Rolling Stone" before he ever topped the album chart. "Highway 61 Revisited" peaked at #3. "John Wesley Harding" got stuck at #2 for four weeks, blocked by The Beatles. It wasn't until 1974 and his 14th studio album, "Planet Waves," that Dylan finally reached the summit. "Blood on the Tracks" and "Desire" followed in 1975 and 1976, then he vanished from the top spot for 30 years. "Modern Times" brought him back at age 65 as the oldest artist to ever top the chart. "Together Through Life" pushed that record to 67 in 2009, and he only lost the title when Tony Bennett came along at 85 to make everyone else look young.
