Movie freakouts are an art form. Sometimes you watch a movie character lose their mind and think "same, buddy." Some actors just yell, but others really commit to their character's mental breakdown with Oscar-worthy screaming, fist-shaking, and curse-hurling. Which classic gave us this chilling line: "You maniacs! You blew it up!"?

Correct Answer: Planet of the Apes
Charlton Heston went full nuclear meltdown at the end of 1968's "Planet of the Apes" when he stumbled across a half-buried Statue of Liberty on the beach. The iconic Statue of Liberty scene was achieved through a combination of creative filmmaking techniques, including a matte painting and a half-scale papier-mâché model. The scene managed to freak out moviegoers who finally realized our hero had been home sweet home the whole time.
