On "Home Improvement," what was the name of the TV show Tim hosted?

If you grew up in the 90s, you know Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor was basically what would happen if you gave your most accident-prone uncle a TV show and unlimited power tools. The guy turned every home repair into a potential visit from the fire department. But while he was busy terrorizing his poor family with "improvements," Tim actually had a day job hosting a cable show in Detroit that was practically begging for a workplace safety seminar. What was the name of this disaster-waiting-to-happen show?
▼
Correct Answer: Tool Time
"Tool Time" was where Tim Taylor taught Detroit how to renovate their homes, which mostly meant showing them exactly what NOT to do with power tools. Poor Al Borland spent eight seasons watching his host turn basic home repairs into small explosions while muttering "I don't think so, Tim" under his breath. The show ironically gave actual home improvement tips between Tim's attempts to add rocket boosters to everything that plugged into a wall.
