What college did Bill Gates drop out of before founding Microsoft?

Sometimes I fantasize about being a founder of some hot new technology company that revolutionizes the world and makes me a bazillionaire. Then I remember that takes actual work and I go back to watching reruns of the ALF cartoon.
Although apparently if I wanted to really hedge my bets, I would have gotten into a prestigious university only to drop out and start my business. Perhaps that's where it all went wrong.
Except for Bill Gates, things went super right from the moment he became a college dropout to focus on Microsoft. Which school did he bail on?

The answer is: Harvard. Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard after just three semesters in 1975 to co-found Microsoft with Paul Allen. He’s since gone on to do just fine for himself, even without a college degree. His current net worth is over $119 billion.Source
