What is the lock combination on the mysterious "Pulp Fiction" briefcase?

It’s hard to overstate the effect 1994’s Pulp Fiction had on movies and pop culture in general. Here are a few tidbits to help illustrate what we’re talking about: It won the Palme d'Or at Cannes; it grossed over $213 million; it was nominated for seven Academy Awards; it single handedly revived John Travolta’s career; it turned previously unknown Samuel L. Jackson into a bad-A you-know-what; it got everyone doing a dance that we still do where you do the thing with your fingers over your eyes.
Despite all the critical and commercial success that followed, many still consider Pulp Fiction to be Quentin Tarantino’s best film. Some 30 years later, it’s still getting referenced and parodied on a daily basis.
One of the driving elements in the plot is the mysterious briefcase that houses something glowing and clearly incredibly valuable. Throughout the movie we see it get opened up by various characters — what combination do they use to do so?
