What is the lock combination on the mysterious "Pulp Fiction" briefcase?

It’s hard to overstate the effect 1994’s Pulp Fiction had on movies and pop culture in general. Here are a few tidbits to help illustrate what we’re talking about: It won the Palme d'Or at Cannes; it grossed over $213 million; it was nominated for seven Academy Awards; it single handedly revived John Travolta’s career; it turned previously unknown Samuel L.
