The answer is: All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight. When tasked with the challenge of creating a theme song for Monday Night Football, Hank Williams Jr. delivered in a huge way.But he did so by taking a song that had already done pretty well for him, 1984's "All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight", and tweaked it for the MNF crowd to "All My Rowdy Friends Are Here on Monday Night."This is when the iconic line "Are you ready for some football?" was created. The song first started accompanying MNF in 1989.Source
