The answer is: Funky Cold Medina. The 1989 hip-hop song “Funky Cold Medina” recounts a man’s fictional experience with an aphrodisiac drink. According to the lyrics, the drink is too powerful for practical use; for example, it attracts neighborhood dogs. Today the drink name is applied to Fuzzy Navels and a variety of other cocktails on menus worldwide. Source
