The answer is: Tubular Bells. “Tubular Bells” was the title of the debut studio album by English musician Mike Oldfield released in May of 1973. It initially sold slowly until its opening theme was used in “The Exorcist” in December of 1973. Mike Oldfield was just 19 years old when he recorded it.
