Racecars, lasers, aeroplanes — life in Duckburg really is a duckblur.
If you hummed the theme song to the late '80s cartoon DuckTales while reading that, then we're friends now. Also, you might know the answer to this trivia question.
DuckTales hit the airwaves in 1987 and opened up an entire Duckverse of Disney animation. There were quite a few characters introduced throughout the course of the show (and who have come back in the reboot), but the pilot was central to the show — after all, someone had to fly them around on all their adventures, since ducks can't fly or anything.
But what is his name?

The answer is: Launchpad McQuack. A lot of Saturday morning cartoons from the days of yesteryear feature some really strange characters with funny names — but Launchpad McQuack has to be right up there with the most ridiculous.Originally running for four seasons starting in 1987, DuckTales' McQuack somehow became Scrooge's pilot of choice despite the fact I don't think he ever actually lands a plane without crashing it.Before helping McDuck and co. dodge lasers and steal treasures, Launch was a stunt pilot. He later went on to become a regular character on Darkwing Duck.Source
