Which ‘80s actor recorded a PSA for Australia about the dangers of skateboarding?

There are a lot of dangerous things, and in the '80s we made sure everyone knew about them — usually with some melodramatic acting or by enlisting whatever random pop culture star was hot at the moment.
Public Service Announcements from the 1980s taught us to give a hoot, just say no, learn bad habits from our dads, and how to fry eggs, among other things.
So it's no surprise that our friends down under reached out to one of the hottest actors around when they needed to address yet another rising youth menace of the '80s: skateboards. Who took on this important cause?

Correct Answer: Michael J. Fox
The answer is: Michael J. Fox. Back to the Future was a cultural phenomenon, but Australia was worried teenagers might try to copy one of the more dangerous scenes in the film. While they maybe should’ve been advising kids not to try and harness lightning to travel through time, they focused instead on Michael J. Fox holding on to the back of a car while riding his skateboard. Fox recorded a PSA for Australia advising how dangerous that maneuver can really be. Unfortunately, you won't find it on YouTube, or anywhere else, really. It's extremely obscure and has been lost to time. Source
