Chocolate has been consumed by humans, in some form or another, for over 5,000 years. That’s cool and all, but I kind of feel bad for the people who ever only had cacao drinks and never got to enjoy the plethora of choices we have today.
What’s your favorite type of chocolate? You’ve got bars, truffles, hot, powdered, stuffed with nougat, drizzled over ice cream, inside ice cream, syrup, chips, and on and on. The opportunities are nearly endless and vary across the world.
But one country is clearly very greedy and tries to stuff as much chocolate in their gullets as they can, I assume so no one else can get to it. Which country eats the most chocolate per capita?
