Lily Tomlin brought her famous "Laugh-In" character Edith Ann, sang "St. James Infirmary" with Howard Shore and the All Nurse Band (in nurse outfits, obviously), and did a duet of "I Got You Babe" with a Muppet named Scred. She wasn't technically billed as the musical guest, but I'd say she earned the double billing.
