What video game was proven to increase brain power?
Video games are good for you. I'm not sure how many times I made that argument to my mom (and still do), but it's a high number.
And now, thanks to science, we can say it's been proven true. Take that mom!

Their research led to the conclusion that playing Tetris does, in fact, lead to a thicker cortex and may also boost brain efficiency.
