Boxer Mike Tyson (1966) terrorized the heavyweight division with his ferocious style and became its youngest champion ever at 20. He unified the titles to reign as the undisputed world champion in the late 1980s and is still considered one of the greatest heavyweights of all time.
Actress Monica Potter (1971) broke out in "Con Air" and "Patch Adams." She later landed on "Boston Legal" and earned a Golden Globe nomination as Kristina Braverman on "Parenthood."
Singer Fantasia Barrino (1984) won season three of "American Idol" and scored the year's best-selling single with "I Believe." She made her movie debut as Celie in "The Color Purple" and picked up Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations for it.
Swimmer Michael Phelps (1985) owned the 2008 Beijing Olympics with a record eight gold medals. He retired as the most decorated Olympian in history with 23 of his 28 medals being gold.
