Inventing Atari is a pretty dang cool thing to do. Not only that, but Atari really ushered in the era of Silicon Valley as one of the first workplaces in the area to offer benefits like casual dress and kegs of beer on site.
What does one do when you’ve already revolutionized an entire industry? Turn to pizza, of course!
When he wasn’t collecting quarters or coming up with a new idea for an Atari console, one of the founders of Atari was getting his cheese on — and the pizza chain he founded can still be found at a suburb near you. Which chain was it?

Correct Answer: Chuck E. Cheese
The answer is: Chuck E. Cheese. Nolan Bushnell had a heavy hand in shaping the popular culture of the late ‘70s and 1980s. Not only was he a mastermind behind the formation of Atari, the first big home video game company, but he foresaw how pizza, arcade games, and animatronics could and should work together in harmony.Bushnell opened the first Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre in San Jose in 1977. From there the concept went gangbusters — until it didn’t, and then just kind of settled into where it is today. Regardless of its ups and downs, Chuck E. Cheese remains a rite of passage for every child (just me?). Source
