(Source)I'm not saying I'd sell out humanity for a simulated steak dinner, but after nine years of eating gray mush on a hovercraft in the post-apocalyptic sewers of Earth, I at least understand the temptation of wanting back in the simulation. That said, Cypher still sucks and I'll never forgive him for what he did to Dozer, Apoc, and Switch (again, spoilers are fair game). I won't lay all the blame at Morpheus' feet, but I feel like some logs tracking who was jacking into the Matrix could've avoided this.
